Our preferred courier partner is DHL for shipping. DHL operate as a Go Green Carbon Neutral service, offsetting our footprint that all shipping unavoidably causes at present 
 
Please be aware that any costs incurred for Taxes & Duties relating to any ordered goods are the responsibility of the customer to pay. These Taxes and Duties may not show on the order confirmation 
 
REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

We hope that you will love everything you order from us however we also understand that sometimes circumstances change. If this is the case you have 14 days to send items back to us

All returns must be authorised by us before sending goods back. You must send a Refund and Return request to hello@alexandrabarker.co within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the returns instructions 

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed

 

CONDITIONS

 

The items ordered must not be worn, altered or washed. Items must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by original tags. Items returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Alexandra Barker 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the items returned. We require up to 14 business days after receiving the merchandise at Alexandra Barker to process the return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before funds are returned to the account

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with us at Alexandra Barker within the above stated timeframe. Please note that Alexandra Barker does not accept liability for returned goods

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty

 

REPAIRS
 

Our desire is for Alexandra Barker clothing to last as long as possible. However if you need an item repaired due to wear and tear please get in touch at hello@alexandrabarker.co
